Physical Fitness

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong”- JFK
This means that you can’t do the same, let’s say, sport without a good rest. To do these things to the peak of our capacity we need a good meal, get going with some activity, shower, and the only thing, rest for your 9 -10 hours of rest in order to go into the same routine daily. This is a healthy way of keeping a fit body because it won’t not only in school to pay attention, listen and not slack off and sleep through the lesson but out of school too, to focus. Because if we don’t we will the complete opposite of what I mentioned.
