This means to not take the opinions of those that are discouraging you from doing something. It’s been happening to others in and out of school, they’ve been discouraged from moving forward instead they moved back and started back at square 1. Take me as an example, my passion is soccer and others criticize me because of my weight and width, I thought about it for a long time.Those comments were scared in my heart and had to move soccer aside and had to look for something else. I couldn’t sleep over the comments, then I wanted to show them i was better than them or better than they thought of me.I took those trashy comments and made me want to be better and stronger than the comments had hit me and I strive towards my passion even more than I had in mind. This had a huge impact in me physically and mentally to succeed.  

ENT Doctor

Ear Nose Throat Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities: A ENT is a doctor who treats of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck and if necessary they would have to go through intense moments during surgery.

Salary:  $244,470 - $451,471

Education: For this profession they must have a 4 year medical degree, a 5 year ENT program. These are the requirements in order to become an ENT specialist.

Demand for this profession: They’ll have to have their degree and their EMT program done. After that is completed they’ll have to go through 7-10 years in college to get licenced and a undergraduate degree and a medical degree to become a ENT doctor.

Do you think you would like to be one? This profession is a tough one to think about but if i put lots of effort and my mind to it i can accomplish anything.

This quote means that to live a good life we must put effort to it. We can't say that we will choose the right and not do any thing. We have control of our own lives and can do what ever we want to do with it but it depends when we will star to CTR. I personally agree to Alex's statement because I saw and lived through those kinds of days. I had a friend who told me drink alcohol I wanted to say yes to fit in with my friends but I denied it because dinking is really bad and for my body. So I had to lie to him saying that I had to go home and do homework, so I CTR once then I had to CTW because lying is wrong and dishonest to others and to myself.

This means that you must be a better person that you are than being better at anything you enjoy. It's all self discipline and honesty not just to our selves but to others, that'll get you farther than being skillful at a sport or at a job. I agree with John Wooden because I have gone through that but if we are both a good person and a skillful sport its would be really great. It's a sign of of a good sport

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Yes because it was a thing for me as a little kid when my dad was always playing with my older cousins and uncles. So I thought to myself to play one day and kept playing up to date. If i get accepted to a soccer team it's a real dream come true but if i don't i have other plans made but it will be a hobby or a living for me.

This means that we will ALWAYS feel guilty because of our wrong. When we do wrong we try to hold it in but the guilt of not doing the right gets a hold of us and regret our actions. That shows that we have no respect for our own selves and those around us. We all have been through that moment and we were all dishonest to ourselves. So its not a joke what Ezra T. Benson's trying to tell us because its true because he and everybody has gone through that and have many regrets. But if we Choose The Right we will never have to face our guilt and suffer.

Honest Abe is saying to do good you'll have lots of

When you don't do good there's always a consequence we have to pay.  I had one time I lied to my mom about having good grades in my elementary and I couldn't sleep thinking of the many punishments I would have to go through. So, that day came up to date, I had to go to a conference and when my teacher told my mom the truth about my grades, behavior, I knew I was dead. When I got home my mom punished me because of my lie so then I didn't have permission to do anything but to do chores till I had better grades which I actually did to avoid the horrible chores. But, it was because I chose the wrong instead of the right.

Education: In order to be a chiropractor they have to go to 6 year college and a clinic internship before licensure. There are many areas as a chiropractor such as biochemistry,spinal bio mechanics, X-ray, cardiology and etc.

This career is an amazing career i have to think about a lot and decide to whether to be one or not.

In my opinion I think that if we're more obedient we won't have to suffer the repercussions of our bad actions and have more rewards for not being disobedient. It means that you have to be trustworthy and not to lie and break promises to others so that they'll trust, believe and listen to everything you have to say.

The Twin Towers were attacked by the American Air Line plane that was  high jacked by a terrorist with many passengers from Boston to the Twin Towers at 8:46 in the morning. Then their was another attempt to destroy the Twin Towers and damaged the north building. United Air Lines was also high jacked by the other terrorist to destroy the south tower. Their mission to destroy the Twin Towers was accomplished. The terrorist's would have to be punished for this evil act.

Reflection: I heard that two planes were high jacked  and were crashed to both towers and both were destroyed along with many lost lives due to this malicious act.

Obedience

After watching the video about Thomas and his friend Danny, I learned to be obedient because obedience can lead to good rewards. Thomas was disobedient because his parents told him not to play with the matches but he did 2 disobedient actions that he regrets: He got the matches after his parents told him not to, He struck the match on fire and lit the wild grass on fire. A small act of disobedience led to a big disaster.

What Gordon meant about the quote is to earn the required education, and to be someone later in life. Education is something to earn and not a reward to hold in our hands. To get far in life, to get a career we all must work hard because now I realized that life is not a game.
