When you tell one lie it does turn to another and it keeps going and going and it will stop only if you tell the truth. You have to have a backup lie for the lies and a set of more lies to cover the other and etc. The point is to not tell a lie because you may just get caught in your own lies and may never be trusted. In the other hand if you tell the truth you can sleep in peace and and will never feel any regrets about it.
