This means that if you CTR nothing can possibly go wrong if you follow these three rules and answer these questions honestly. Others think that this is impossible, they should put their mind to this and trust me they’ll go on. I have answered 2 and 3 correctly and honestly but I’m working hard to answer 1 and so should you give it a try and you’ll be a CTR person.

Teen Problems

Challenges teens face today

They go through awkward growth stages of their lives.I suffer through eating disorders and cyber addiction. CTR helps me make better decisions than before, I eat  little less but the goal will be true but will take time to get there, and I want to get into the habit to use less technology. I can help other teens but only if they agree to the help they need to begin with I can start off with using the problems or addictions by using it against them, examples, phones, I’d tell them that what if there weren’t any of the new phones today, forever. They would have to try to live without a phone and any technology of any kind to get them both active and less addicted to electronics.

Physical Fitness

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong”- JFK

This means that you can’t do the same, let’s say, sport without a good rest. To do these things to the peak of our capacity we need a good meal, get going with some activity, shower, and the only thing, rest for your 9 -10 hours of rest in order to go into the same routine daily. This is a healthy way of keeping a fit body because it won’t not only in school to pay attention, listen and not slack off and sleep through the lesson but out of school too, to focus. Because if we don’t we will the complete opposite of what I mentioned.

Thanksgiving week

Thanksgiving Week

This thanksgiving break we went to a rosary after the death of my grandma. We went to Sam’s club to buy me a laptop, afterwards we went to Edwards theater though I didn’t meet any people at all. We watched a movie called Moana with my little sisters and my parents to have fun. After the movie we went to the rosary and after that we watched soccer games. We CTR and donated to a charity and to the homeless after the rosary.before the movie i was reading a book called “Took” but after all these activities I did not do any homework at all. On black friday we went to buy shoes and clothes.
